Whether you already work with MTSP patients or not, we now require your organisation to register as a MTSP Code of Conduct authorised provider if you wish to provide services in the future. To do this please complete the form via the button below. If you do not currently work with MTSP patients, then please complete the same form, and provide references, ideally from at least one of our Legal Panel firms as to your suitability.

The Major Trauma Signposting Partnership provides patients with a quality assured journey through the personal injury process.  A key part to this is knowing that the rehabilitation services provided via the MTSP Legal Panel operate to a minimum level of quality and clinical governance standards.

The MTSP Code of Conduct came into effect in April 2021 and only those firms who have registered as working in accordance with the Code will be listed on our list of authorised providers.   The MTSP Legal Panel wherever possible will only instruct firms from this list.
